Winter Air…

Had so much fun shooting and editing this “mini trailer” for Nick and Heidi’s wedding day…It was shot fully on the Canon 5d Mark 2 with a 50mm 1.2 lens. After Effects and some costume color correction was used…I stuck with blue coloring on the shots where they walk alone until they find each other and then their is color!

American Idols

I tried some new techniques in the American Idols trailer…these were the original 2 pictures used in the video to simulate opening and closing of the paper…I used a green sheet specifically so that I could put her fingers over top of whatever composition I had showing on the paper as if she was holding it…I added a white solid underneath to look like the original paper from the logo and the green sheet turned into that…

Fanny Crosby Story…

Had an awesome time shooting/editing this beautiful story…thanks to Samantha for the poetic script…Just like Fanny would like it!

How to Wreck your Life…

This is the sermon series trailer for the next month @ APC…I tried a handful of different techniques with this…messed with a lot of speeding up /slowing down clips turning them backwards and all sorts of craziness! My main goal was to color correct everything to have the same feel as the foreground…including the clouds kind of subtly in the background…they always make things a bit more mysterious…the song I loved because it has the right mix of emotion and playfulness in not making it to over dramatic…

AFLAC

a little over a month ago I had the opportunity to create somewhat of a promo video for Aflac. It was used at quarterly conference in Chicago as a bit of a motivational/competitive tool for the other branches. This particular video I made for all of the Pennsylvania branches from Harrisburg to Ohio. It won top in nation out of all the submitted video!
Got to work with a great guy, Mario and had so much fun putting this together! it was also a great chance to test out the camera that I’m working on purchasing this month!
